Include a separate field for each city listed on the title page.

Include the street address and any other information if it is on the title page before the name of the city. Type in the publisher’s city.

There is no need to exactly copy the title page’s punctuation.

Then, click the “Map” tab at the top of the webpage. Navigate and click on the publisher location to add a point to the map. If there are multiple cities listed, click the first city listed. Try to go down to the street address level, if the address still exists.
