Convenience is Accessibility: Integrating Accessibility into Customer Experiences
The study of consumer behavior isn’t just about getting people to spend as much as possible. At least it shouldn’t be. At its core, the purpose of understanding who we are as consumers– our habits, preferences, and needs— is to make our lives easier when we interact with businesses. As such, I believe that the consumer experience can and should be leveraged in pursuit of accessibility. Below is my proposal in support of this very idea.
