About the Project
This project was generously funded by a “Grant to Sustain the Work of Historical Organizations” from the American Historical Association and the National Endowment for the Humanities. With this support, a team of collaborators from the Madison County Historical Society and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville built a hybrid exhibit that will be accessible within the new MCHS Museum and online. This website will continue to grow, so please check back once in a while and see what’s new!
