After looking through the schedule and syllabus, I thought the Twine lab looked the most intriguing. Mainly because it seems to be about games with interactive text and programming. Which might seem like a fun and very intriguing topic to talk about in class. Especially since I enjoy playing games in my free time, that’s something I really look forward to in this class. Further, as the semester goes on, I would like to pursue the digital storytelling of American confluences of Langston Hughes and the symbolic power of the Mississippi. The reason I like to explore the topic more is because it ties into what we are doing in another class of mine, and it can be useful knowledge for both of my classes. Not only that, I find Langston Hughes’s poems very detailed and expressive of the African American culture as a whole. Which has a huge impact on American culture.
