At least it shouldn&#8217;t be. At its core, the purpose of understanding who we are as consumers&#8211; our habits, preferences, and <em>needs<\/em>&#8212; is to make our lives easier when we interact with businesses. As such, I believe that the consumer experience can and should be leveraged in pursuit of accessibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below is my proposal in support of this very idea.
