I wanted to compare the texts to understand the scientific side of &#8220;The Island of Dr. Moreau&#8221;. This way I could possibly understand the reasoning behind Dr. Moreau&#8217;s actions. But there was no reasoning behind his actions they were just barbaric and he wanted to gain a scientific advantage, no matter the cost of life. I enjoyed learning more about the science involved in writing a text like this and understanding some jargon that I may not have before this project.
