This was a time of many historically important events. The first major scientific discovery was established by Wilhelm R\u00f6ntgen. He discovered x-rays which was huge in the science world and still used today. Another major breakthrough was from Dr. Emile Grubbe, who was the first person to use radiation treatment for breast cancer.
