One of the goals of this conference was to develop a logic model that represented the complex nature of the interactions of the SIAP PK-16 Model\u2019s four components: 1) Professional Development for Educators; 2) Site\/Community Development (Design Team Process); Higher Education Partnerships; and 4) Youth Initiatives. Another goal was to begin thinking of ways to assess the impact of these components on student achievement and attitudes.
