Maybe you have a question about a reading or an assignment, or you want to talk more about something that came up in class. Maybe you\u2019re feeling a bit stressed about the workload. Maybe you just want to chat. Office hours are blocks of time set aside for students, so take advantage of them!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In general, office hours work on a drop-in basis &#8211; if your professor isn\u2019t meeting with someone else, you can feel free to knock. Some professors might prefer that you set appointments &#8211; if so, they\u2019ll tell you that in class or put it in the syllabus. (The syllabus is always a good place to look for policies!)
