Provenance
One of a set of four dolls attributed to the Algonquin, 1767-79. There must be a reason for the specific dates, but it is not on the online record. Somewhere I read that these are in the Speyer Collection, which has varying degrees of documentation. See Bo'jou Neejee for history of the Speyer Collection, but these dolls are not included in that exhibit.
